These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with https://www.ttaxitravel.com website (the "Service") operated by Ttaxi Travel ("us", "we", or "our"), registered in the Tourism of Portugal with the RNAVT Nº 4015.
“Ttaxi Travel” is a registered trade mark in Portugal and as https://www.ttaxitravel.com is property of Mybluetur - Agencia de Viagens, Lda.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, agents, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. Credit card information is not required by the Service at any situation. For the Purchase we use Paypal security system if need the use of Credit cards.
Even not using Credit cards in the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase with Paypal; and that (ii) the information you supply is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

Termination

In no event shall Mybluetur - Agencia de Viagens, Lda, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Mybluetur - Agencia de Viagens, Lda its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
For any conflict with Ttaxi Travel agency, the Mybluetur - Agencia de Viagens, Lda agrees with the resolution of the complaint trough of CIMALL.

This is according to the Portuguese law 144/2015, of 8 Setember.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
SERVICE
ACCOMODATION
Accommodations are governed by the Agent responsible by each accommodation. Agents will post their rental conditions and prices at their sole discretion.
Confirmations and way of payments will be informed for each accommodation on time of booking
TRANSFERS
Bookings
• Bookings can be made by using our booking form (preferred way) on this website, by email or telephone.
• Our booking form is configured as per this info and conditions.
• When booking by email or phone, bookings will be confirmed as per this info and conditions.
• Bookings will be confirmed online as per our availability.
• Ttaxi Travel will reply to confirm bookings by email or sms, according to our availability for bookings “Not confirmed” online.
• Ttaxi Travel confirms all reservation, sending by email a "Confirmation Voucher" for all bookings.
• Arrivals or departures between 21.00 at night and 06.00 in the morning,
there is a surcharge, calculated by using the flight timetable and pickups; will be displayed online before booking submission. Flights delays are not considered.
• Client may need to wait for the driver in case of flight arrives earlier than the expected arrival time.
- For bookings with errors, wrong address to the destination selected or wrong details can be refused and canceled even when they been “Confirmed” online. Users will be informed why the booking must be refused and will receive a solution to keep the booking “Confirmed”.
- For bookings “Not confirmed” we can change the times on the booking with your agreement to confirm the booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking “Not confirmed” at our sole discretion.
- Special requests are not confirmed. If they have not been confirmed by email, they can be refused.
Price
• Prices includes:
* Motorway Tolls.
* Baby seats.
* All luggage and golf bags.
* Private transfer door to door.
* Vat.
• The final price is always informed before booking submission and included on the confirmation voucher
• When a booking is not confirmed the price is not considered confirmed.
- When your place is not listed on our destinations list and using your own place, booking is always sent on request and is “Not confirmed”. In this case, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the booking and to the price to confirm booking; we always will inform you of the adjustments, explaining why this happens and require your acceptance.
• The price to be paid is always the price confirmed by the booking confirmation voucher.
The confirmed prices are guaranteed by Ttaxi Travel.
Cancellations
• Cancel your booking by 8pm of the night before the arrival or departure day.
• There is no charge on cancellations.
• Bookings can be canceled on the "Manage Booking" area or by email.
• A Booking is only canceled when you receive confirmation in your email box.
• The SALE TAX for online payments is not refundable, only the transfer cost will be refunded.
Payments
• Payments are made in Portugal in cash to our representative, on Resort arrival or prior to the vehicle departure to the Airports.
• All payments are made in euros.
Payments using Paypal or Credit Cards
• As an option you can pay online with Paypal or credit card, in this case there is a charge of:(*)
EEE countries: 3% + 0.35€, paypal tax.
UK: 3% + .35€ + 1.4%, (paypal tax + EU Tax)
Others countries: 3% + .35€ + 2.1% (paypal tax + EU Tax)
(*)In case of Cancelation the above Sales Tax is not refundable, only the value of the transfer will be refunded.
• Credit card transactions are made outside our website on Paypal security system and we are not involved in the transaction, we don't ask for credit cards in any situation.
Others
• Motorway tolls are included in the prices and no extra charge will be requested after booking confirmation.
• Reservation changes may be made online or by email.
• We use electronic Invoices sent by email.
• If your flight is delayed, don't worry we wait for you. There is no charge for flight delays.
• Baby or Boosters children’s seats are free of charge.
• Pets must travel in a box in the trunk of the vehicle.
